When picking your produce, remember that the items with the deepest pigmentation / brightest colour often deliver the most nutrients.  For best results, ensure each meal is popping with tons of colour Рyou will ensure you are achieving a better balance of the vitamins and minerals that we need daily.

For example, choose Red Delicious apples over Granny Smith.
