Here is a demo of MY kind of workout. A high-energy, metabolism-boosting, fat-blasting workout combining cardiovascular activity and multifunctional strength moves. A very efficient style of training.
In future videos, I will break down and teach some of the following moves. But here is the proof that you don’t need much space to get a full-body workout!

With no rest between sets and 2-3 sets of each it should take about 45 minutes :)
