Here is a complete circuit, appropriate for the beginner or even intermediate for a quick butt-kicking. You will hit every part of the body, and keep the heart rate up! Tighten, tone, strengthen, and blast fat. Safe for post-pregnancy, too (once your doctor gives you the go ahead, of course). So follow along. I had a tricky time with music (apparently we are not allowed to play music in our videos anymore) so if it disappears, I’ll replace it with some other tunes. Work hard!
Read MoreHey ya’ll. I have been sticking with a medium to heavy routine of running and strength over the past week. No issues there, however, as per the usual it’s the diet that finds new ways to give me grief. My self-control was tested (and bested) by the cottage life this past weekend.
