A three-tablespoon serving of hemp seeds provides a whopping 10 grams of protein. More importantly it is considered a complete protein, meaning they contain all the essential amino acids, making the protein comparable to ones found in eggs and meat. Okay – I understand we’re not all hungry in the morning. But, you need to eat within an hour of waking in order to jump start your metabolism so that your body starts working efficiently and starts burning calories.
