Ryan: Intervals and Vegetarian Try-Outs

Hello everyone, Another healthy week in the books! I took Jessica’s advice regarding interval training this past weekend. I did 15 rounds of 1 (fast) min : 1 (slow) min and immidiately saw resuts. This one literally gives the mountain climber a leg up! Lift a leg, and it places far more demands on the upper body, core, and the leg and butt of the “climbing” leg. GIVE IT A SHOT! :)
