I have to admit. Around here I do most of the cooking – I enjoy it. I’m a control freak. The other day I handed over (most of) the job to Adam and this resulting burrito blew my mind. Considering the last item that was cooked for me by this man was pasta with frozen beans and carrots in it (sorry homie), I was really excited about this meal! It took no time at all, was extremely high in fibre, protein, folate and lycopene.
