This title is shocking. It is shocking because a woman who specializes in fat loss used to carry around excess fat herself, and it is shocking because to call someone “fat” suggests that they are a fat person. Not a nice person, a funny person, or a smart person… a fat person. “I used to carry excess fat” is a more appropriate definition, yet it’s not as striking as the above.
