I’m Jessica Manning, a certified personal trainer (CPT) and certified functional nutrition counsellor (CFNC) with 25 years of experience, specializing in rebuilding structural and systemic resilience from midlife right up to our later years of life.

Workouts can be as little as 20 minutes in length and are always transformative.
You don’t need a gym or fancy equipment. Your garage or your basement will do just fine.
We do not cut corners, or try to trick the body. We work with its science, for the most compatible and easeful process.

With over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer and wellness coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across decades of their lives.
My background includes:

But what truly shapes my work is lived experience.
I understand what it feels like when your body doesn’t feel like your own. Having struggled with autoimmune and MCAS flares, and a rocky road toward perimenopause, I know how overwhelming it can feel to not know where to start. I know how stressful it can feel when time starts passing quickly, and your body is heading in the wrong direction.
My role is to help you rebuild your health intelligently, to become stronger than you’ve ever been and to transform your health trajectory.
