With over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer and wellness coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across decades of their lives.

My background includes:

  • Lifestyle and habit change coaching

But what truly shapes my work is lived experience.

I understand what it feels like when your body doesn’t feel like your own. Having struggled with autoimmune and MCAS flares, and a rocky road toward perimenopause, I know how overwhelming it can feel to not know where to start. I know how stressful it can feel when time starts passing quickly, and your health is heading in the wrong direction.

My role is to help you rebuild your health intelligently, to become stronger than you’ve ever been and to transform your health trajectory.
